Secure Ordering, Payment Options, and Shipping

We accept all major credit cards.

Items will ship within 3-5 business days. Please contact us if you need a rush  order.  Shipping fees are charged by item weight and location.  Shipping is free if you spend over $50.00

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns* with RECEIPT from our store.  If you do not have a receipt, we will be happy to discuss other options such as exchanges.  Please contact us within 3 DAYS of delivery of purchase for any issues that occur, and we will be glad to talk through it to come to a solution.

In order to qualify for a return you MUST do the following:

1. Contact us within THREE (3) days of delivery.

2. Once we have confirmed step 1 above, you must ship items back within 7 days of delivery
3.  If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so within ONE (1) hour of purchase confirmation.

*Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

-Custom or personalized orders

-Items on Clearance

-Any body care items such as soaps, lotions or hair care

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
