Herbs have been a quiet presence in my life for years—woven into caregiving seasons, sacred pauses, and daily rituals that helped me feel steady again.
Though I’m not a clinical herbalist, my blends are deeply rooted in hands-on study, personal healing, and the gentle rhythm of tending my own herb garden—where lavender, chamomile, and quiet beauty grow side by side.

Lately, I’ve been spending more time letting the rhythm of nature slow me down. Somewhere in that stillness, I’ve started to feel like myself again. Not the version of me that’s busy and pulled in a hundred directions but the version that breathes deeply, welcomes the morning light with gratitude and peace, and makes space for life.
That’s how it all began for me five years ago — supporting women with self-care and wellness. And now, with fresh clarity, I’m leaning even more fully into what lit that spark in the first place.

When I started slowing down, it wasn’t by choice. It happened during my recovery from heart valve replacement — a season that challenged me in ways I never expected. It triggered a deep struggle with depression, shaken self-confidence, and a hard, honest reckoning with how I saw my life.
At first, slowing down felt like losing everything I had built. But slowly — so slowly — it became something else entirely. It became a way of healing. I started with the smallest things: sipping a warm cup of tea by the window, letting the morning sunlight touch my face, baking simple breads that made me feel nourished, walking a little day by day.
Those tiny moments weren’t a "fix" — they were self compassion. Over time, they grew into a new way of living — one built on presence and peace, not pressure or performance.
Through mindful mornings, nourishing meals, cozy tea rituals, gentle movement and soft evening resets, I created a slower, more soulful way to live with gentle rhythms and comfort.
