This private session is designed for women who feel like their body is always “on”—wired, tired, and unable to fully settle.   

  

This is a more personal and supportive way to understand what your body may be asking for—and how to begin responding to it.

 

In this one-on-one experience, we focus on how

  • may stay activated longer than intended 
  • shapes your energy, mood, and overall sense of balance 
  • is supported by your body’s natural cortisol rhythms
