Self-Care for Caregivers

 Support for the woman who’s been carrying it all.


This gentle one-on-one program helps caregivers rebuild their emotional strength, create space for themselves, and remember that their wellbeing matters too.  As a previous caregiver, I know first hand the limited time available to us when we're caring for a loved one.  I've created  two programs to help navigate the caregiving world: 

  • Tending to Yourself While Tending to Others
    A self-care coaching program for current caregivers who need grounding, boundaries, and nourishment in the midst of it all.
     
  • Life After Caregiving
    A gentle reset for women transitioning out of the caregiving role — offering support for grief, identity rebuilding, and rediscovering your own rhythm.


Best for: Current and Former Caregivers feeling emotionally depleted or lost in the caretaking role.
