At The Helicopter Daughter, my mission is to offer inspiring and restorative experiences that help women embrace a slower, more intentional way of living.

Each gathering is thoughtfully designed to bring beauty, meaning, and a sense of calm to the everyday — whether through gentle programs, creative moments, or simple connections.

I also host private group experiences, where you can select from a curated menu of offerings designed to inspire connection and ease.

 I believe caring for yourself isn’t something you add to a to-do list — it’s a way of moving through the world with greater presence and purpose. And it all begins with one simple, intentional moment. 

 I speak to women who are tired of rushing, striving, and feeling disconnected from their own lives.  My events invite them to slow down, create beauty in the everyday, and rediscover resilience and joy in life’s quieter moments. 

With over 90+ events and workshops completed, I try to create unique one of a kind experiences for women to connect and have fun.
